SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
Webaccurate operates an SMS messaging program that sends appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up messages and support notifications to users who have opted in through our website at https://main.webaccurateagency.com or via our scheduling forms.
SMS opt-in is collected via web forms that include a dedicated checkbox clearly stating consent to receive SMS communications from Webaccurate. By checking this box and submitting your information, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to our services.
Messages may include, but are not limited to:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Rescheduling notices

2. Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from Webaccurate. Once we receive your STOP message, we will send a confirmation SMS to verify that you have been unsubscribed.
After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Webaccurate. If you wish to rejoin the program at a later time, you can opt in again through our web forms, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside the control of Webaccurate.
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for SMS messages sent to you from Webaccurate and from you to Webaccurate. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual wireless plan.
Message frequency will vary based on your use of our services, your appointment schedule and our follow-up processes. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is intended to operate with all major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most regional carriers, subject to their individual policies and technical capabilities.
7. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Webaccurate’s SMS messaging program.
